How To Bleach Your Skin Naturally At Home




Bleaching our skin on a regular basis in our times is important due to the damage caused to the skin by environmental pollution, medical conditions, poor lifestyle choices, and overexposure to the sun among other factors. As a result, a lot of people have dark and dull skin. The use of chemical-based bleaching products can have adverse effects on the skin. Bleaching your skin is harsh and can cause permanent damage.
Luckily for all us, there are a ton of natural remedies that are far healthier and significantly cheaper.

How to Bleach Skin to Lighten Your Skin ?

1.Yogurt:

Yogurt, a milk-based product, has many ingredients that help revitalize the skin. Lactic acid, which has bleaching properties, is present in yogurt.

Apply some yogurt to your face. Wash your face with warm water after about 10-15 minutes. Repeat daily for at least a couple of months to notice a change. Alternatively, yogurt can be mixed with oatmeal, honey, or lemon juice and the resulting mixture will act as a face mask. The mixture also acts as an efficient moisturizer.

You can substitute yogurt with milk as they contain the same properties required for enhancing your skin tone. Put honey on a facecloth and dip it in milk. Apply this to your face and wash with water after about 10-15 minutes.

2.Honey:

The sweet nectar of bees acts as a bleaching agent and a moisturizing agent. Honey helps remove age marks, acne scars, and revitalises dry skin due to its anti-bacterial properties.

Lather some pure honey onto your face and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Wash with lukewarm water and do it once on a daily basis for best results.

Honey can also be mixed with either milk, lemon juice, or yogurt to create efficient face masks. Its moisturizing nature often compliments the use of lemon, which tends to dry out the skin.

Skin-lightening mask: Mix one teaspoon each of honey and lemon juice, one tablespoon of powdered milk, and one-half teaspoon of almond oil. Lather it gently on your skin after stirring the mixture well.Rinse your face with cold water after 20 minutes. Carry out this process on a regular basis to see improvements in your skin quality.

3.Oatmeal:

Oatmeal is one of the most popular natural remedies for skin vitalization because it exfoliates the skin. Exfoliation is the process removing old skin cells to pave the way for the development of new skin cells. This process is one the best ways to improve your skin tone.

Mix some oatmeal, turmeric powder, and lemon juice into a thick paste. Gently lather the paste onto your face evenly and allow 15 minutes for it to dry. Wash your face with warm water and scrub the oatmeal as you are washing it off your face. This process exfoliates the skin. Apply this paste once on a daily basis for a few months to observe noticeable results.

Add oatmeal to tomato juice and lather the resulting paste on your face. Rinse with cold water about 20 minutes after applying the mixture. Gently rub the oatmeal off your face to ensure that it removes the dead skin cells. Do it on a daily basis to get productive results.

4. Lemons:

Lemons acts as great bleaching agents due to their acidic properties. Their high amount of Vitamin C also boosts cell growth. Their antioxidants have positive effects on skin complexion.

Gently smear your face with a cut lemon. Ensure that the lemon juice sticks onto the skin. Wash your face with warm water after an hour. Repeat this once on a daily basis to improve your skin’s health.

Alternatively, you canmix lemon juice, powdered milk and honey, using one teaspoon of each. Lather it onto your face and wash with warm water after 15-20 minutes.The honey acts as a moisturizer as the lemon is capable of making the skin dry. Do it on a daily basis for a sustained period of time to see a difference.

If you have any open or unhealed wounds on your skin, be careful when using lemon. The lemon’s acidic nature can irritate open wounds.

5.Papaya:

Papaya acts as a great bleaching agent because of its Vitamin A content. Papaya has the ability to breakdown inactive proteins and eliminate dead skin cells. It causes the skin to glow and lightens skin complexion.
Consume papaya on a regular basis as it can also cleanse the skin from the inside.

Rub the inner part of the skin of a papaya on your face. Rinse your face with cold water after allowing it to dry.Gently pat your skin dry and your skin should be glowing as a result. Repeat on a daily basis to see improvements.

The papaya has enzymes that clear dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. This allows it to decrease signs of aging and clears wrinkles.

6.Oranges:

Oranges are highly effective for skin treatment due to their high amounts of Vitamin C. They also assist in lightening one skin’s tone.

Drink fresh orange juice on a regular basis to better the overall complexion and texture of your skin.

Mix a pinch of powdered turmeric with two tablespoons of orange juice. Lather this paste on your face, hands, and legs. Rinse with warm water after a period of 20 to 30 minutes. Repeat this on a daily basis for a couple months to see improvements.
