  • Bowl for mixing
  • Hot towel

Massage time: 10 min

  • Heat the oil mixture until it is slightly warm. Do not use a microwave as it may cause nutrition loss. Instead, place the bowl containing the oil mixture in a larger bowl that contains hot water.
  • Rub the warmed oil onto your scalp and along the length of your hair.
  • Wrap a hot damp towel around your head.
  • You can either wash your hair or leave it overnight.

Repetitions: 3 times in a week

Best time to apply: 1-2 hours before air wash or before sleep

Precautions: Do not heat the oil to much as it can loss nutrients present in it.
