1. Butterfly Pose

This is one of the most effective and my favorite leg exercise. This exercise was suggested to me by one of my friend and trust me girls i loved it. You need to only bend you legs from your knees. Just fold your half lower legs inside near your tummy. Try to pull them inside as much as possible. The more you push the more pressure it will put on your legs. Hold your bigger toe with your hands. Use right hand for right toe and likewise. Now, just move your legs up and down. Initially it will cause immense pressure and pain on your thigh area. But keep practicing at least for 10 minutes daily and within 1 month you will get sexy toned legs. This way you will be able to burn at least 100-150 calories per day.

2. Skipping

Skipping is such an underrated exercise. It is one of the few exercises which targets your entire body. And i love this exercise more because it is so easy to do. It requires only a little rope and you are all ready to go. Skipping has some different types of variations. You can do it with one or both of your legs. You can also jump with both the legs simultaneously or use one leg at a time. To make it more complex and intense you can jump 10-20 times with 1 leg and do the same with another one. This way you can burn at least 100 calories within 15 minutes.

3. Cycling

Cycling is another underrated exercise in our daily life. In foreign i have seen even oldies doing it and no wonder they are so fit. So, what are you thinking???? Regular paddling not only tones and strengthens your legs but also tones them. If you go for longer rounds of cycling then you will get leg muscles very soon. Try cycling at least 2-5 kms. Every day. You can easily flaunt your legs within one months.

4. Squats

Squats is another aerobic exercise. It is quite easy and you can do even in home. Stand straight with your back. Keep your legs separated and in parallel with your shoulders. Take a deep breath and suck your stomach in. Now, lower your torso slowly. Pause when you are in sitting position. This sitting position is actually imaginary. Try to stay in this position at least for 30 seconds. Then go back to your original position.

5. Step Up Exercise

This is another easy one. It can be easily be done in the comfort of your home without any equipment. You only need some stairs to do this and nothing more. Try to climb as many stairs in a day as possible. Ditch lifts in your office, apartments. Try climbing at least 100 stairs a day.

6. Lunges

Another super effective exercise to tone leg muscles. Stand with your shoulder and feet in parallel lines. Now, step forward by putting the heel down first. Do it only with one leg. The knee should be at 90° and just above toes. Now, continue with the same movement until the back knee touches ground. Do it with alternate legs atlaest 10 times and you will see encouraging results within no time.

7. One Leg and Arm Reach

Raise your right arm and lower your torso gradually. Now, touch gradually your right toe with your right hand. When you have lowered your torso suck in your stomach by breathing deep. Repeat the same with alternate legs. Do at least 10 sets each.

8. Use Dumbbell

Dumbbell is something which can be used in multiple ways. And trust me it’s quite effective. Take the weight in which you are comfortable. Now, bend down completely as if you are picking something from the ground. Do it with both your legs being used simultaneously. Place dumbbell on both your hands. You can use 2 lit water bottles also instead of dumbbells. Try doing at least 20 times.

9. Childhood Punishment

hold both your ears with both your hands. Now, just do simple up and down as many times as you can. Doesn’t it remind you of your childhood??? try doing it at least 50 times a day.

10. Big Zeroes

as soon as you wake up lift one of your leg. Now, make a big zero with one of your leg lifted in air. Alternate it with both of your legs. Try to do at least 10 sets of this exercise with both legs.
