Asia Argento is an Italian filmmaker and actress born on September 20, 1975 in Rome. She is the daughter of notable filmmaker Dario Argento and actress Daria Nicolodi. Her family members have been active musicians. Her great-grandmother was a French pianist, while her maternal great-grandfather, Alfredo Casella, was a composer. She has appeared in several of her father’s films and has garnered popular success due to her various roles.

Argento’s parents did not give her much attention and time during her childhood due to their busy schedules.
