    I read somewhere that athletes commonly use it to increase performance… it reduced the amount of lactic acid in the muscles which causes pain from a lack of oxygen.

      the baking soda is a legit.. a cancer research hospital told a family to always drink at least one glass of baking soda & WATER A DAY..

      I agree. The grammar and punctuation are so bad it is hard to take the site seriously. If grammar is not your thing perhaps you could find someone to proofread for you.
      I agree that baking soda is great, though. I do this about ten minutes before a workout and it gives you an amazing energy boost to make your workout easier.

        In the morning I drink ( with my stomach empty ) a 1/2 glass of water to which I add the juice of one lemon and a third part of a coffee spoon with baking soda. Since then I´ve noticed that snot and phlegm are easily removed from my body. This cocktail is just amazing !.

        Moreover, I can tell you that the taste of your food will be really enhanced. ! You have to try it ¡. No harm will be done to your body

    This actually works. Using this for over a year. I make my own energy drink for when I am out on some longer runs, because I hate Gatorade as it is to salty, acidic and uses fructose as a sweetener. The mix is 1 tablespoon sucrose, 1 tablespoon glucose, 1 teaspoon Baking soda. Works great, won’t rot your teeth or give you acid.

    Please heat the water before drinking it with the baking soda. It needs to be almost hot but not boiled. Drinking COLD water with the baking soda will not do only good to you, but brings some unwanted effects as well. Do make the water quite warm. Hugs <3
