During the starting days of keto diet the body starts to burn the glucose that is stored in your liver and muscles and along with that, the body starts to lose lots of water. 2. Dizziness

Following keto diet, the body loses lots of water along with minerals like potassium, magnesium, and sodium too. The removal of these minerals can make you feel dizzy. You will feel lightheaded and fatigued.

3. Low Blood Sugar

Low blood sugar is also known as hypoglycemia. Low blood sugar is also one of the side effects of keto diet, especially for those people who are in habit of eating more of sweets.
