How did you end up in the movie?

After seeing some of my work, the person who would become my agent called me. We’d never met before, but her message was clear: I needed to travel to Italy for a casting with Matteo Rovere, and that’s how it went. When I learned that the character’s name was Belinda, after my mother, the only person I know with that name, I knew I had to do this casting. I took it as a sign that would help me overcome some of my worries about casting in another language.

Because of your incredible attractiveness, you’re a sort of seductress in the film and in real life. Has it ever caused you any trouble or caused you to dislike something?

The body is one of the instruments we actors have at our disposal to express our characters’ stories, and it may be transformed into a voice. As you can see in Gli Sfiorati, Dracula 3D, and even more so in Mentiras y Gordas, a film in which I had to gain 12kg, there are characters who have come to me because my physical traits at the time were fit for the characters.
