Gentle strokes in one direction until you reach the end of the lip curve. A common technique would be to start from the middle and move outwards. As you apply lip liner, make sure to cover up any cracks as this will prevent your lipstick from bleeding. 10. A rule of thumb is when you feel a slight heaviness on your lips, tuck in your lips several times. For lipstick that went passed the outline, carefully wipe it off with tissue.
