Bentonite Clay and Apple Cider Vinegar Foot Soak Ingredients: Bentonite Clay- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar-1 tbsp Epsom Salts-1/2 cup Hot water- To fill the bucket Essential oils – 10 drops(optional) Recipe and Process of Using: Mix 1/2 cup Epsom salt with hot water and set it on a towel. Take a bowl and combine 2 tablespoons of bentonite clay with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. To this, add some water for dilution, if needed and coat the mixture on the feet.
