  • Clean the affected area.
  • Insert the sickle into the vagina.
  • It is to remain for at least 2 hours.
  • Put on the soft cloth pad to collect the yogurt that melts out.
  • The cold sickle will soothe the irritation and inflammation.
  • Repeat the process 2 times. Once during the day then overnight.
  • Continue till the infection is healed.

2. Cranberry Juice and Yogurt for Yeast Infection


  • Juice from organic cranberries- 5 teaspoons.
  • Organic yogurt- 1 tablespoon.

  • 3 to 4 large cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of yogurt.

  • Mince the garlic cloves.
