Process: Mix the apple cider vinegar with coconut oil and apply it to the cleaned area. Wrap the area with a plastic wrap and cover this with a warm towel. Keep it for an hour before showering. This has to be used at least 1 time a day.

Benefit: Apple cider vinegar flushes toxins from the skin and removes the excess fluids, thus reducing the appearance of cellulite.

3. Coconut oil and Grapefruit oil

  • Grapefruit oil- 7 to 8 drops
  • Extra virgin coconut oil- As needed

Process: Combine both oils. Take a hot shower and dry your skin using a towel after which you can gently massage the mixture on the target areas. This can be done twice every day.

  • Ground coffee- 1/4th cup
  • Brown sugar- 4 tbsp

You can try the above simple home remedies to get rid of cellulite but these won’t work unless you work out and make lifestyle changes. Taking fruits, green leafy vegetables, quitting smoking and drinking are easier ways of avoiding cellulite formation.
