  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 glass of warm water

How to do:

  • Mix baking soda with warm water.
  • Drink this mixture every morning before taking breakfast.

Best time to take: In the morning, on an empty stomach

Warnings:

  • Pregnant and breastfeeding women, people who have kidney or liver problems, heart disease, hypertension or edema must avoid this colon cleansing.
  • It is not recommended for people who are on aspirin, anti-anxiety drugs, antibiotic tetracycline, and diabetes medication as baking soda can interact with your medications.
  • It can cause side effects such as cramping, vomiting, nausea, pancreatitis, infection, and bowel perforation.

  • Avoid this colon cleansing if you are allergic to baking soda or apple cider vinegar.
